- 8/20/07 - Mailed application to Children's Hope International
- 08/28/07 - Application to adopt approved by CHI
- 9/18/07 - Fingerprinted for DHS background check
- 10/12/07 - Home Study
- 11/23/07 - Received notarized copy of home study
- 11/26/07 - Mailed I-600A to CIS
- 11/27/07 - CHI received home study
- 12/3/07 - Check to CIS cleared
- 1/5/08 - Received CIS receipt
- 1/22/08 - Received notice of fingerprint appointment on 1/23
- 1/23/08 - Fingerprint appointment at OKC CIS office
- 2/8/08 - Picked up I-171H from CIS. Mailed to CHI.
- 2/11/08 - I-171H & check arrive at CHI
- 2/14/08 - #248 on CHI's list. The countdown begins!

Congratulations; I know how excited you two are;we were placed on CHI's waiting list 12/26/07. That was the best christmas gift we could have received.
