Vietnam in Oklahoma

Oklahoma City has a surprisingly large Vietnamese population - approximately 20,000, according to this article from the NY Times Frugal Traveler. We'll have to start visiting some of the mentioned restaurants to acquire a taste for pho before our trip.

Congratulations on starting the journey to adopt from Vietnam. We are a CHI family and have been on the waiting list for just over 8 months. Who would have thought OKC would have a large Vietnamese community. Not me!
